Client Portal Enhancements
Based on feedback, our client portal now has the capability to create white label company names that can be applied to all reports for a given sample. Select the Options button as seen above, select your company, and create as many white label values as you need. Next, you will need to find the sample in your client portal, and select the white square icon. A dialogue box will open, and prompt you to select the white label value you would like to assign to your sample. All tests performed on the physical sample will be updated to reflect the new white label name.
Facility Address Visibility
Under the Options button, select the “Show Address” tab. Within this feature, you have the capability to remove your facility address from all client reports for a company. This feature is especially useful for added security when used in combination with our QR Codes.
Payment Portal
Credit card payments are now available directly through your client portal! Simply click the Payment Portal button, enter your information (including invoice number references) and submit!

Production typically increases for businesses across the board beginning the first week of March for 4/20 preparation, and continues right up to our industry’s favorite holiday. We recommend testing your products as soon as possible during this time to ensure you have sellable product available to fulfill your orders.
